FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHow does the equipment get picked up? Hire Station will collect your equipment, and the details of this are pre-booked when you order. Our drivers will normally make contact on the collection day to advise you on a more specific time. If you want to change the collection time you can call us on the number above to make new arrangements. What happens if the equipment is not ready for collection? If our driver arrives to collect and the equipment is not ready or accessible, there is an additional charge applied. We will also apply further hire charges depending on how long we have to wait after the agreed collection time/date. If I have any queries, who do I contact?
